¼ c. Honey Heaven’s Golden, Glorious, and Pure Honey

½ c. crushed ice

½ c. pecans (optional)

Options:  Add 2 tbsps wheat germ, oat bran and milled flaxseed. Get that daily fiber it really taste quite Beelicious.

Tip of the week:

Gargle with 1 tbsp of honey in place of mouthwash for sweet breath and for healthier gums.  Optional a few drops of propolis extract.

Reasoning:

Studies are now showing that tooth decay and infected gums can seep into our system thus having an ill effect  on our heart.  So it  was  suggested to use honey as a mouthwash  due to  the  many antioxidants it contains to help  ward  off decay and infections.  Add a little  propolis as well, even though it has a little  bite, pun is intended,  but is also great  for gum disease.
